Bring your high-end residential construction experience to a St. Louis–based custom builder focused on historic renovations and whole-home remodeling with modern building-science techniques. This Residential Construction Project Manager role offers primarily office-based project oversight with occasional site visits, helping deliver durable, healthy, energy-efficient homes that preserve architectural character.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Construction Project Manager position include:
- 3–5+ years of experience with a proven track record managing high-end residential construction and remodeling projects
- Financial management including budgeting and cost tracking
- Client relations and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Team coordination to keep work aligned and moving forward
- Quality oversight to ensure craftsmanship and finished results meet expectations
- Scheduling and timeline management
- Material ordering and procurement coordination
- Safety-focused jobsite practices
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
