Step into a design-forward Boston practice where ownership and collaboration shape every project from concept through construction. In this Registered Architect opportunity, you’ll help lead custom residential and private school work in the SOWA district, supported by a team culture built on accountability and craft.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Registered Architect position include:
- 8–10 years of architectural design and construction experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects from conceptual design through construction
- Registered Architect status; out-of-state licensure acceptable if eligible for Massachusetts reciprocity
- At least 5 years of professional Revit experience with strong, hands-on construction-document production skills
- Steel-frame building experience is required.
- Lead and coordinate architectural design processes aligned with client goals, building codes, and industry standards
- Produce drawings in Revit and manage complete project delivery, including construction administration
- Coordinate clients, consultants, and contractors; supervise junior staff
- Client-facing mindset with interest in business development (an existing book of business is a plus)
Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year
Benefits: Employer covers 80% of individual health insurance, provides 10 paid holidays, 2 weeks’ vacation, a 401(k) contribution equal to 3% of salary, and discretionary spring and year-end bonuses; no dental or vision coverage is currently offered.
