Bring your quality leadership to Donalsonville, GA and help ensure every product meets the standards customers expect. As a Quality Control Manager, you’ll lead quality assurance and quality control efforts in a manufacturing environment, building strong systems and driving continuous improvement across production.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Manager position include:
- 5+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Develop, implement, and maintain the facility’s Quality Management System
- Establish and enforce quality control policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process quality checks, and final product inspections
- Develop and maintain inspection plans, sampling procedures, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of all quality testing and measurement equipment
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate quality control technicians and inspectors; set performance goals
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer-specific requirements
Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
