This Project Manager – Manufacturing opportunity supports capital projects across industrial manufacturing and process environments, with on-site presence in Naples and travel to Modesto to see the manufacturing operation come to life.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager – Manufacturing position include:
- 7+ years of project management experience within industrial manufacturing, process industries, recycling, mining, cement, aggregates, or similar heavy industrial environments.
- Proven experience managing capital equipment installations and large-scale industrial projects.
- Lead capital projects through the complete project lifecycle, from concept to commissioning.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Manage contractors, consultants, equipment suppliers, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and critical path activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Salary: $155k target per year, commensurate with experience.
