Project Manager - Heavy Highway / Underground Utilities opportunity in Cleveland, OH with a well-established, female-owned heavy civil contractor serving Northeast Ohio since 1994. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-oriented infrastructure construction company during a major growth phase, helping scale water line operations from 2 crews to 6 while supporting large municipal lead line replacement and underground utility projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager - Heavy Highway / Underground Utilities position include:
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience in heavy highway, underground utilities, water/sewer infrastructure, or union contractor environments.
- Water line project experience required, with lead service replacement or municipal infrastructure experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, schedule management, and operational coordination skills.
- Clean driving record required, with ability to travel locally throughout the Cleveland area.
- Manage water line infrastructure projects, billing, change orders, field coordination, and project execution.
- Communicate with field teams, operations leadership, and clients while supporting active projects during ramp-up.
- Assist in building and scaling field crews as the company grows from 2 water line crews to 6.
- General computer proficiency required; HCSS HeavyBid experience preferred but not required.
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
