In this Project Manager / Estimator opportunity, you’ll own both estimating and project execution to help secure profitable work and deliver quality results.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager / Estimator position include:
- 1–2 years of commercial construction experience with drawings, takeoffs, submittals, and procurement
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Division 10 experience preferred
- Strong understanding of takeoffs, pricing, and construction project workflows
- Experience managing commercial construction projects preferred
- Prepare detailed takeoffs at all stages for negotiated and competitive bids
- Manage awarded projects from handoff through closeout, coordinating submittals, shop drawings, and material procurement
- Track schedules, lead times, and key milestones while monitoring project costs and managing change orders
- Ensure accurate, on-time bid forms and required project documentation, including closeout materials
Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
