Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design, preferably in multifamily or mixed-use projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit experience is a strong plus
- Collaborate on programming, design development, construction documents, and furnishings selection
- Oversee construction administration and quality control through project completion
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various development and construction stages
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory approval processes
- Provide design input and assist in material and furnishing selections
- Exceptional communication and detail orientation to ensure seamless execution in the field
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
