Join a respected, long-standing engineering, architecture, and surveying firm in Elkhorn, WI as a Professional Land Surveyor! This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key office-focused leadership role with a small, collaborative team that has been serving Wisconsin and Illinois since 1978, offering a full range of land surveying, civil engineering, architecture, and construction-related services.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor position include:
- Possess a current Wisconsin Professional Land Surveyor license with 2–5 years of PLS experience.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD and Carlson Survey.
- Direct or conduct boundary, land division, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and related surveying projects.
- Perform survey calculations, verify survey data accuracy, and sign and seal survey drawings.
- Prepare or supervise survey data, maps, records, legal descriptions, and related documents.
- Manage, schedule, and supervise daily responsibilities of survey crews.
- Prepare proposals and bids for survey projects.
- Maintain strong client communication and excellent inter-office relations.
Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
