Description
Build your future in hands-on manufacturing in Dallas, TX, where safety, quality, and continuous improvement drive every shift. In this Production Operator opportunity, you’ll help produce composite materials/products while working with detailed process documentation and a team focused on on-time production.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Operator position include:
- Manufacturing experience preferred, particularly composite materials.
- Comfort setting, operating, or adjusting production machinery according to Process Control Documents (PCDs), route cards, and relevant process data.
- Ability to follow work instructions and production orders while meeting safety requirements and PPE expectations.
- Experience inspecting materials or finished products for quality and accurately recording production data.
- Knowledge of 5S or similar workplace organization and continuous-improvement practices.
- Demonstrate basic machine checks and report machine faults to reduce downtime.
- Ensure correct and safe equipment use, care for equipment, and support autonomous maintenance.
- Accept raw materials, check for defects, reject where necessary, and record actions in SAP to improve stock accuracy; maintain quality standards and minimize NCRs.
Salary: $16–$17/hour per hour, commensurate with experience.
