Qualifications and responsibilities for this Paint/Drywall Operations/Project Manager position include:

  • 5+ years of commercial and/or residential painting and drywall experience; oversee field crews, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Strong knowledge of drywall installation, finishing, repair, and painting systems; manage quality control and punch-list completion
  • Experience planning and coordinating multiple projects; develop production schedules and manpower plans
  • Proven budgeting and cost control skills; manage job costing, labor productivity, and profit margins
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications; ensure proper execution of project scope
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards; lead and enforce the company safety program and compliance
  • Experience with inventory, equipment, and material logistics; manage procurement and change orders
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; conduct performance evaluations and interface with clients, architects, and general contractors

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including MDV, 401k with match ($200 per paycheck contribution), PTO – after 6 months eligible to accrue up to 5 days per year (negotiable), EOY bonus based on profitability, company vehicle, relocation assistance, and a stable Monday–Friday schedule with limited travel (primarily within 50 miles).
