Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Estimator position include:
- 10+ years of mechanical estimating experience
- Prepare detailed estimates for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in Trimble Estimation (or equivalent) is required
- Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analysis
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Solicit and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and vendors
- Experience working on union mechanical construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
