Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis, ideally for complex or robotic systems
- Own mechanical systems from initial concept to production-ready, including CAD design, FEA, testing, and field validation
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and mechanical/thermal FEA tools (e.g., Ansys)
- Working knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing standards
- Build and iterate test jigs, prototypes, and assemblies for performance testing
- Collaborate across disciplines and communicate directly with end users for feedback-driven development
- Willingness to work hands-on, long hours, and provide mechanical guidance to the broader team in a fast-paced startup environment
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
