Description
Bring your hands-on manufacturing leadership to a mission-driven medical products environment in beautiful San Luis Obispo, where cleanroom work and quality standards directly support patient care. In this Manufacturing Lead role, you’ll help guide daily production activities, support the team’s workflow, and ensure safe, efficient output.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Lead position include:
- 2 to 4 years of related manufacturing experience (medical manufacturing preferred)
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact constructively with peers
- Mechanical ability and strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in and support cleanroom manufacturing operations
- ERP system experience required
- Inspect in-process product to verify conformance to specifications
- Train staff on new procedures and updates; follow and instruct staff on good manufacturing procedures, compliance, and safety regulations
Salary: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour.
