Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Land Surveyor position include:
- Tennessee Licensed Surveyor preferred; provide in-office surveying leadership and technical oversight
- Strong boundary resolution experience; review complex survey data and resolve boundary-related issues
- Experience preparing surveys; oversee survey preparation and ensure accuracy and quality
- Ability to support and direct field crews; help manage workflow and take work off the Survey Manager’s plate
- Background in land surveying projects such as boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys; contribute technical expertise across a variety of project types
- Good communication and teamwork skills; work closely with leadership and help maintain a positive, collaborative culture
- Interest in long-term growth with a stable company; support a team environment that promotes from within
- Very experienced surveying technicians with strong leadership ability may also be considered; assist with office-based production and crew coordination as needed
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
