This Lead HVAC Foreman opportunity offers the chance to mix installation and service while working on larger commercial builds and maintenance work across a 3-county territory.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC Foreman position include:
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC foreman experience required.
- Comfortable leading field crews and coordinating with contractors/subcontractors.
- Experience across hospitality, restaurants, retail, healthcare, multifamily, industrial, and/or lab projects.
- Oversee approximately 6 internal employees plus subcontractors on larger, multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong hands-on background with VRF systems, RTUs, boilers, chillers, pumps, piping/copper brazing, sheet metal, ductwork, controls, insulation, and power reconnects.
- Must be able to travel within an approximately 100-mile radius, with possible overnight stays.
- Class A HVAC license required.
Salary: $40 - $50 per hour.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision are offered with the company covering 50% of health insurance for employee premiums; 401(k) with a 2% match after 6 months; and 2 weeks PTO (negotiable).
