Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Survey Manager opportunity include:
- 10+ years of office and field mapping experience on private land development projects and public works projects; management experience required
- Must have a California PLS and live in the San Diego area
- Knowledge of California Subdivision Map Act, Professional Surveyors Act, local Civil Codes
- Proficiency in Civil 3D is preferred; and MicroStation Inroads is a plus
- Familiarity with Trimble Business Center and Carlson software
- Prepare and process various survey drawings including CAD, topographic maps, and ALTA/NSPS surveys, with experience in city and county agency procedures.
- Develop subdivision maps, as-built surveys, and boundary surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
