Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Development Leader position include:
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of direct land development or site construction experience
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, stormwater, and roadway construction
- Experience managing site contractors, jobsite activity, and regulatory inspections
- Manage all site development work from NPDES approval through completion, including utilities, paving, erosion control, and stormwater facilities
- Deliver build-ready lots, roads, pads, and infrastructure on schedule and within budget for the homebuilding team
- Review pay applications, evaluate change orders, maintain field documentation, and provide weekly progress and budget reporting to the corporate office
- Coordinate testing, inspections, utility companies, dedication processes, and support acquisitions and entitlement efforts during pre-development
Salary: $175,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
