Take the lead as an HVAC Qualifying Agent in Atlanta, GA, with a fast-growing service company that is launching and scaling its HVAC division from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity for a licensed HVAC professional who wants to step into a leadership-focused, mostly office-based role where you will help shape operations, support technicians, manage compliance, and play a key part in building a new division serving both residential and commercial clients.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Qualifying Agent position include:
- Active HVAC Master License required
- Minimum 4+ years of HVAC experience with mid-to-senior level expertise
- Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC projects required
- Serve as the Qualifying Agent for the business
- Supervise and support a team of approximately 10 technicians
- Assist with permits, licensing, and compliance requirements
- Work primarily from the office with occasional job site visits
- No hands-on installation or service work is required
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
