Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Operations Manager position include:
- 10+ years of experience in land development, site work, and underground utility construction
- Oversee grading, excavation, roadway construction, and water/sewer/storm drainage installations
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar leadership role
- Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Strong knowledge of trench safety, dewatering, stormwater systems, and utility installation methods
- Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and coordinate multi-site operations
- Ensure compliance with FDOT, municipal, and OSHA regulations (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
