A well-established and respected glass service company is seeking experienced Glazier to join their team in Crandall, TX! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Glazier position include:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial glazing experience required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a must
- Install, replace, and repair glass and aluminum systems on commercial buildings
- Perform field measurements and fabrication as needed for custom jobs
- Work on a variety of projects including service work, new construction, and repairs
- Must be comfortable working with hand tools and glazing-specific equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Overtime and weekend work required as needed (paid time and a half)
Salary: $20 - $26 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance (50% company-paid for employee), dental and vision options, free $50K life insurance policy, company-matched pension/profit sharing plan after one year (50% match up to 4%), PTO including 1 week vacation, 2 personal days (flexible), and annual profit sharing based on performance and attendance.
