This Entry Level Plumber opportunity is built for motivated workers—whether you’re ready to start entry-level or you already have some hands-on experience.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumber position include:
- Entry-level helpers/laborers are welcome; no previous plumbing experience required.
- Willingness to train and learn new skills to become a plumber.
- Reliable, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
- Comfort working outdoors on residential construction sites.
- Ability to work as part of a crew (typically 2–3 employees per truck).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Support primarily residential new construction installs (with some small commercial projects).
Salary: $15-18, previous plumbing experience may be considered above range
Benefits: Health insurance is available after 90 days. A Simple IRA is available after one year with a match of approximately 2–3%. Medical is 60% employee-only. Local employment only; no sponsorship is provided.
