Build your future with a growing manufacturing team in Lakeland, FL, supporting mobile and modular building projects and custom electrical cabinet work. In this Electrical Assembly Supervisor opportunity, you’ll lead a team of 11 while delivering safe, accurate wiring, panel builds, and component installation that meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Assembly Supervisor position include:
- 3-5 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Lead, train, and mentor Electrical Assemblers and cross-trained mechanical team members
- Assign daily work based on job priorities, skill sets, and production schedules
- Supervise wiring, conduit routing, panel assembly, component installation, and system integration
- Ensure electrical work meets NEC, OSHA, UL, and IMP standards; review schematics and wiring diagrams
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting support during assembly and testing; collaborate with Engineering, Mechanical Assembly, Welding, and Quality
- Coordinate workflow with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing; track progress, bottlenecks, and documentation
- Enforce safety practices including lockout/tagout and PPE; maintain a clean, organized, compliant work area
Salary: $29-$39/hour, paid weekly; depends on candidate experience
