Join Our Growing Team as an Electrical and Instrumentation Project Manager in Charlotte, NC! We are a well-established industrial contractor with over 40 years of experience in delivering quality construction and maintenance services. With a recent expansion into electrical and instrumentation (E&I) services, we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead and grow our E&I projects in the Carolinas. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding division and contribute to our continued success.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this E&I Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 10+ years relevant project management experience in an industrial setting.
- Senior-level understanding of electrical and instrumentation scopes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Preparation of proposals, including cost, technical, and commercial responses.
- Accurate manual takeoffs of provided drawings or MTO.
- Managing projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Communicating project status and schedule updates to clients.
- Managing the change order process.
- Recruiting and retaining field staff and craft.
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus very large bonus potential!
