Description
Bring your industrial automation expertise to a role where your work directly strengthens machine reliability, process control, and manufacturing efficiency. In this Controls Engineer opportunity, you will design, develop, and improve PLC-based systems, HMI/SCADA applications, and industrial communication across automated manufacturing equipment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controls Engineer position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting industrial automation and control systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience programming PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation platforms such as ControlLogix and CompactLogix.
- Experience developing HMI or SCADA applications using platforms such as FactoryTalk View or Inductive Automation Ignition.
- Familiarity with industrial sensors, instrumentation, VFDs, motors, safety systems, and machine control components.
- Understanding of industrial networking and communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, and related technologies.
- Design, develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Support specification, commissioning, startup, and validation of new automated manufacturing equipment and systems.
Salary: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: 3 weeks PTO (120 hours), medical benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA options, Annual retirement/401K contribution up to 3%, and a Quarterly pay-for-performance bonus.
