Step into a hands-on leadership role across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, where historic-building redevelopment and residential revitalization come to life through strong field execution. In this Construction Site Supervisor opportunity, you’ll lead daily on-site operations and coordinate trades, safety, scheduling, quality control, inspections, and site logistics with a team that values dependable, high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Site Supervisor position include:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on commercial, residential, or civil site supervision in New England
- Active MA Construction Supervisor License required; Unrestricted CSL preferred
- OSHA 10 or 30 required
- Strong knowledge of MA 780 CMR and RI building codes
- Local trade contractor relationships preferred
- Comfort using Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid, or similar smartphone/tablet reporting tools
- Regular travel to project sites across MA and RI; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Lead daily field operations for historic-building redevelopment and residential revitalization projects, ensuring safety and site readiness
Salary: $70,000 - $104,000 per year plus bonus, depending on experience.
