Step into a high-impact construction opportunity in Southfield, MI with a team focused on transforming major commercial spaces into vibrant residential communities. This Construction Project Manager role gives you the chance to own on-site execution on complex mixed-use and multifamily conversions with long-running, meaningful projects and real autonomy from day one.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of construction/project management experience (strong apartment/multifamily background preferred)
- Lead on-site project oversight and execution, including keeping contractors and schedules moving
- Manage large, complex residential projects independently and drive day-to-day progress
- Be available on site every day
- OSHA 30 is a strong plus
- Adaptive reuse/conversion and mixed-use experience are preferred, but ground-up multifamily candidates are welcome
- Permanent/direct-hire availability with immediate start
Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
