You'll play a vital role in turning design into reality — with autonomy, ownership, and the ability to see your work come to life in the field.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 3–7 years of experience in construction engineering or project management
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
- Experience with Ground Up Construction required
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Procore or Buildertrend
- Perform takeoffs, review design documents, and identify opportunities for value engineering
- Lead subcontractor buyouts, scope writing, and scheduling through weekly coordination
- Provide technical field support, resolve site conflicts, and verify construction quality
- Manage RFPs, submittals, RFIs, and ensure project execution aligns with plans and budget
- Maintain regular presence on-site, coordinating between consultants, trades, and ownership
Salary: $130,000 - 150,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
