Step into a high-impact leadership opportunity building and restoring luxury homes across the Westside of Los Angeles, from Pacific Palisades to Santa Monica. In this Project Manager / Senior Project Manager role, you’ll help drive complex, high-value projects from start through final occupancy while serving as a key lieutenant to the owner.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 3+ years managing luxury residential construction projects in Los Angeles, including high-end builds, refurbishments, remediation/restoration, post-fire recovery, and/or ground-up development.
- Manage 3-5 active projects at once across nearby Westside job sites, keeping work on schedule, on budget, and moving.
- Supervise crews and hold subcontractors accountable to schedule and scope.
- Serve as the clear point of contact for owners, developers, homeowners, architects/design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and (on recovery projects) insurance adjusters and LADBS.
- Track budgets and change orders, flag variances early, and support accurate, timely billing.
- Run projects in BuilderTrend (or similar), maintaining daily logs, schedules, budgets, and punch lists for real-time visibility.
- Support fire recovery and permitting as assigned, including debris coordination, expedited permitting, zoning-compliant rebuild oversight, and coordination of geotechnical assessments.
- Ensure code and safety compliance, including OSHA requirements and WUI/VHFHSZ standards where applicable.
Salary: $120k-$150k base range; up to $200k for a senior-level candidate
