Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:
- 5+ years of construction management experience
- Must have medical/healthcare project experience
- Proficiency in Project Management software (i.e., SureTrak, Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Proven experience in client satisfaction, profitability, comprehensive job cost analysis, and adept in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and government specifications
- Proficiency in producing Government Production and Quality Control reports, along with the ability to create Schedule of Values
- Responsible for the overall direction, successful completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects
- Manage all project aspects so that the project is completed with quality and safety at the forefront, while meeting budget and schedule objectives
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance, paid life insurance, short and long-term disability, $300/month vehicle allowance, $60/month phone allowance, and 401k with match.
