Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager/Estimator opportunity include:
- Proven experience managing entire project lifecycles from bid to completion, including scheduling, quality assurance, and closeout
- Proficiency in handling bidding processes and estimating tasks, with skills in analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
- Coordinate materials and work closely with superintendents for effective execution of heavy civil, utilities, concrete, asphalt, and landscaping projects
- Work with local municipalities on street improvement projects and manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
