Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience (retail, office buildings, restaurants, grocery stores)
- Has worked on projects in the $3 million to $10 million dollar range
- Skilled with Procore, MS Excel and Word
- Previous experience with submittals, pay applications, monthly forecasts/budgets, written subcontracts and change orders
- Experience in leading project teams
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
