Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Production Supervisor position include:
- 2+ years of construction coordination experience, with commercial flooring experience highly preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow required construction documents
- Prior experience in construction production and management of large crews
- Coordinate contract review and scheduling to ensure quality and timely execution of assigned jobs
- Calculate necessary resources and materials to support construction production
- Document job progress, manage productivity, and support quality inspections using company systems
- Communicate clearly with internal and external clients while addressing quality concerns and executing change orders
- Lead crews in the field, maintain safe jobsite practices, and build strong working relationships with clients, coworkers, and vendors
Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
