Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Operator position include:
- 3+ years of experience operating CNC lathes (programming experience preferred).
- Proficiency in precision measuring instruments; CMM experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
- Operate and set up CNC lathes to manufacture precision components.
- Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs to optimize machining processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, 2 weeks of PTO, and a 401K with a 50% match up to 6%.
