Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Manufacturing Engineer position include:
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining and process engineering experience
- Hands-on CNC programming, setup, and operation, including probe and macro programming
- Proficient in CAD/CAM (e.g., SolidWorks, Esprit, NX CAM) and simulation (e.g., Vericut)
- Develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining processes for multi-axis machines (3, 4, 5-axis mills and mill-turn lathes)
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills; use of common metrology tools
- Support lean manufacturing efforts, including Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma
- Create setup sheets, work instructions, and SOPs; train machinists and operators
- Collaborate with design engineers for DFM input and continuous improvement initiatives
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
