Build your future with a global, technology-enabled services organization expanding into Architecture, Engineering & Construction—and make an immediate impact by helping launch a new CNA/IPNA assessment division in California. This CNA/IPNA Inspector & Team Lead opportunity is home-based and fully remote, with fieldwork across Northern or Southern California on multifamily projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNA/IPNA Inspector & Team Lead position include:
- At least 5 years of experience conducting CNA, IPNA, Physical Needs Assessment, Property Condition Assessment, or similar multifamily property inspections.
- Conduct comprehensive on-site physical inspections and property condition surveys in accordance with applicable ASTM standards and client requirements.
- Evaluate building systems, site improvements, accessibility features, life-safety components, and observable physical deficiencies.
- Assess the condition and remaining useful life of major building components and systems.
- Prepare and finalize complete, client-ready Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) and Integrated Physical Needs Assessment (IPNA) reports.
- Develop repair and replacement recommendations, cost estimates, and short- and long-term capital expenditure schedules.
- Review property documents and due-diligence materials, and provide quality-control oversight for deliverables completed by other inspectors.
- Lead, train, and provide technical guidance to a growing team while serving as a primary client liaison.
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
