In this Civil Project Manager / Future Civil Department Lead opportunity, you’ll work primarily onsite in Romulus, MI, with flexible hybrid options available for the right fit.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager / Future Civil Department Lead position include:
- 8-10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
- PE preferred/expected (flexibility possible for candidates with extensive experience)
- BS in Civil Engineering; master’s preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience leading water/wastewater and bridge/structural projects
- Approximately 50% technical design and 50% project/client management
- Ability to manage proposals, project delivery, budgets, and daily client communication
- Manage and develop a civil team of approximately 5-8 employees
Salary: $140,000-$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
