In this Civil Engineering Project Manager opportunity, you’ll support civil engineering planning, design, coordination, and delivery across multiple projects, with flexibility to work remote depending on where you’re located and a strong presence in the Atlanta area.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Project Manager position include:
- Professional Engineer (PE) Certification Required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Perform civil engineering design work across all phases, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction document production.
- Prepare complete, accurate, well-coordinated civil engineering drawings and details aligned with codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Develop and refine site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, utility layouts, and related civil components based on site conditions and scope.
- Coordinate civil engineering efforts with internal disciplines (structural, MEP, geotechnical, and landscape architecture) and collaborate with external consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare, coordinate, write, and edit technical specifications, and perform quality control reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Participate in site visits and support construction phase services, including RFI responses, field-condition coordination, and closeout support.
- Proficiency in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio or Form Z, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Salary: $130,000 to $150,000
