Take the next step with a respected civil engineering firm rooted in Central Connecticut for over 50 years, offering the chance to lead and shape impactful transportation and water-focused projects. In this Civil Engineering Manager opportunity, you’ll help run the Meriden office while guiding design teams and delivering technical leadership.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Manager position include:
- 10-15 years minimum experience; B.S. or M.S. Civil Engineering and 15+ years progressive experience in the design and management of civil engineering projects
- Demonstrated leadership experience with successful teamwork
- Significant design and project management experience
- Broad technical background in civil engineering with technical expertise in transportation (highway & bridge), hydraulics/water resources, and/or water and wastewater engineering
- Project management experience
- Business development and client management experience
- Municipal and/or CONNDOT design and construction administration experience
- Management of design teams, general management of the Meriden office, provision of technical expertise, and support of business development and client management
Salary: $120,000 to $170,000
