In this Branch Manager - HVAC / Sheet Metal opportunity, you’ll lead a multi-department branch with the support of senior leadership and the autonomy to drive growth, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Branch Manager - HVAC / Sheet Metal position include:
- 10+ years of HVAC experience with commercial/industrial exposure, including sheet metal and ductwork experience.
- Minimum 7 years in the HVAC and/or sheet metal industry, with 3+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or management role (P&L responsibility strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 20+ employees across service, installation, fabrication, and support functions.
- Direct oversight of HVAC service, installation, preventive maintenance, and mill/industrial maintenance operations.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, service and installation practices, ductwork layout and take-offs, mechanical codes, and SMACNA standards.
- Financial and operational accountability for revenue, gross margin, operating income, job costing, labor productivity, pricing, and estimating assumptions.
- Experience driving business development by building customer relationships and growing maintenance agreements and service contract revenue.
- Lead safety and compliance with OSHA, EPA requirements (including refrigerant handling and recordkeeping), DOT (where applicable), and licensing/certification documentation.
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
