This Boiler Outside Sales Engineer opportunity gives you the chance to drive commercial equipment projects, build relationships with engineering partners, and develop competitive proposals for bid-ready opportunities across the Pittsburgh market.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Boiler Outside Sales Engineer position include:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial heating sales or a related field
- Call on engineers, architects, contractors, and owners to secure bid spec opportunities
- Develop competitive quotes and proposals for commercial boiler/burner equipment projects
- Identify, qualify, and close sales leads; maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide top-tier support to mechanical contractors, engineers, and owners about represented equipment
- Attend vendor trainings, product presentations, and trade shows; deliver sales presentations
- Be self-driven, organized, and focused on follow-through
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and capable of handling day-to-day customer and proposal work
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 base per year, commensurate with experience.
