Description

Build your future in aerospace quality at a specialized facility south of Dallas, where you’ll help ensure structural titanium components meet the highest standards for major OEM and Tier 1/Tier 2 customers. In this Aerospace Quality Engineer opportunity, you’ll combine hands-on quality engineering with audits, corrective action leadership, and supplier support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Aerospace Quality Engineer position include:

  • Minimum 5 years of recent aircraft manufacturing experience as an auditor, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, or equivalent position and level.
  • Develop, coordinate, implement, update, monitor, and ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
  • Lead corrective actions using root cause analysis, metrics, proposed solutions, closure, and reporting.
  • Support customer and third-party audits, including AS9100 audits, and provide required reports.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external quality-related issues.
  • Audit suppliers and support outside auditors.
  • Analyze and determine disposition of deficient materials; prepare and review failure analysis reports and rejection/disposition recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO/AS9100 quality requirements, GD&T, and blueprint reading, with working inspection equipment knowledge.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: 401(k) with 3% company contribution at 6% employee contribution, direct deposit, typically one week of vacation in the first year.
