Bring your hands-on engineering expertise to El Segundo, CA and help drive robotic production from build to testing with a team that values ownership, precision, and problem-solving. This Engineering Technician – Mid-Level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building complex mechanical systems and wants to hit the ground running in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Technician – Mid-Level position include:
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, robotics, automation, testing, field service, or a similar hands-on build environment
- Independently interpret drawings, schematics, BOMs, and build instructions
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly and industrial crimping/connectors
- Support low-voltage troubleshooting and hardware testing
- Assist with prototype bring-up and fluid systems work
- Use basic Linux command line or Python (preferred) to support build and testing needs
- Travel occasionally to docks and deployment sites
- Own work from assembly through testing to ensure successful hardware performance
Salary: $33–$40/hour.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision; employer covers 90% for employees and 70% for dependents; PTO; 401(k).
