Step into a fast-paced manufacturing environment building healthcare products that make a real difference—right here in Pompano Beach, FL. This Machine Operator opportunity supports production of cold packs and works closely with production leadership in a collaborative, family-style culture.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Machine Operator position include:
- Food packaging or similar production-machine experience (CNC operators are not a fit)
- Basic mechanical or automotive aptitude for adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance
- Operate cold-pack production equipment and keep production running
- Change 50-lb film rolls 2–3 times daily and refill tanks 8–10 times daily
- Restart equipment as needed and maintain steady output
- Perform basic maintenance such as changing razor blades and repairing mechanical components
- Use basic Microsoft Word and PDF skills for GMP documentation
- Comfort with repetitive work, plus punctuality and reliability; GMP, food/medical manufacturing, audit, cleanliness, and documentation experience are pluses
Salary: $20–$30/hour; higher compensation possible with VC999 machine experience.
