Take the next step with a mission-driven manufacturing leader making a difference in the automotive aftermarket from its Albion, IL location. In this Operations Manager opportunity, you’ll lead daily plant activities, strengthen safety and quality, and drive productivity for an air filter manufacturing operation.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager position include:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive, demanding environment
- Maintain a safety-first culture and work with EH&S staff to implement safety standards
- Ensure operational activities are on time and within budget to meet facility objectives
- Develop systems to track and optimize safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance
- Establish goals, conduct performance appraisals, and coach direct reports
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems (Lean, Six Sigma, IATF, etc.)
Salary: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision effective the first of the month; 401(k) match up to 4% after 6 months; 120 hours of PTO annually with rollover/accrual.
