Bring your vision to life with a fast-paced, design-driven studio in Las Vegas creating highly customized luxury homes. In this Designer opportunity, you’ll lead programming through schematic design, translating bold ideas into clear floor plans, 3D massing, and client-ready presentations.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Designer position include:
- 2+ years of relevant professional design experience in an architectural or design firm (high-end/custom residential strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field preferred; candidates without it need 3 additional years of relevant experience
- Develop and champion the overall project design vision in collaboration with the project team
- Produce high-quality schematic design deliverables while maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Create and manage 3D models, architectural drawings, and design documentation
- Develop floor plans, digital massing studies, interior architecture concepts, and conceptual site designs
- Prepare schematic design documentation for client review and signoff
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of design presentations for clients and other stakeholders
Salary: $70,000–$130,000 per year, based on experience.
