In this Regional Sales Manager - Impact Windows & Doors opportunity, you’ll leverage deep industry relationships to expand dealer partnerships, increase specifications, and drive revenue from Tampa to Orlando and Southwest Florida.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Regional Sales Manager - Impact Windows & Doors position include:
- 10+ years of experience in impact windows and doors, with proven hurricane impact product sales experience.
- 5+ years developing dealer networks and managing sales territories.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans across Florida and selected Southeast territories.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and growing high-performing dealer partners.
- Strong capability generating product specifications with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and glazing contractors.
- Regular territory travel for customer meetings, trade shows, association events, and customer functions.
- Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and emerging market opportunities to inform growth strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales and profitability objectives while building a strong project pipeline across residential, multifamily, and light commercial.
Salary: $180K+ per year, commensurate with experience.
