Bring your technical design expertise to a close-knit architecture team making a real impact through multifamily and mixed-use/adaptive-reuse redevelopment projects in Walpole. In this Job Captain opportunity, you’ll help drive permit-ready deliverables and elevate the quality of construction documents while working in person near the Walpole Center Commuter Rail Station.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Job Captain position include:
- 5+ years focused on construction documents and technical detailing
- Experience producing permit-ready drawing sets, technical details, schedules, and consultant drawings
- Strong Revit proficiency and AutoCAD familiarity required
- Ability to coordinate QA/QC and maintain file standards
- Familiarity with project management tools, building codes, and construction processes
- Multifamily, mixed-use, renovation, or adaptive-reuse experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively with a close-knit designer/drafter team and the Director of Architecture
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
