Make your mark leading land development projects across Austin with a team that values quality, integrity, and a true mentorship culture. In this Sr. PM In Land Development opportunity, you’ll own key project outcomes while also driving business development to help grow the Austin office.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. PM In Land Development position include:
- Minimum 12 years of experience managing land development projects (15–20 years is the sweet spot)
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required in the State of Texas
- Strong land development, grading, and drainage technical skills and understanding
- Previous experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets
- Manage monthly client invoicing and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain quality control on all project deliverables and provide best practices to the project team
- Participate in networking events to represent the firm and assist in developing new business
Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
