In this Landscape Commercial Maintenance Salesperson opportunity, you’ll build new business while working hands-on with real-world planting, walkways, walls, patios, and landscape construction.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Commercial Maintenance Salesperson position include:
- Commercial maintenance sales and/or landscape design-build sales experience
- Strong plant knowledge
- Construction savvy, including walkways, walls, patios, planting, and related landscape construction
- Comfort meeting clients in the field and pricing projects
- Ability to generate new commercial maintenance business through cold sales and inbound requests
- Sell landscape maintenance, planting, and construction-related projects
- Support design/build sales for planting, patios, walls, walkways, and similar outdoor projects
- Manage client relationships as needed until a dedicated account manager is assigned
Salary: $1,000/week base; expected total compensation range approximately $70K-$90K.
Benefits: Simple IRA with 3% match, health insurance, dental, and 2 weeks PTO to start increasing to 3 weeks.
