This Lead Glazier opportunity is built for an independent, customer-focused pro who enjoys solving on-site service needs while supporting a helper in the field.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Glazier position include:
- Independent lead glazier who can handle service work
- Service-focused background preferred over heavy install focus
- Ability to work independently to assess and complete assigned service jobs
- Comfort leading, training, and supporting a helper
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed
- Maintain a professional, safe, and customer-focused approach on job sites
- Communicate clearly with the team regarding job progress, materials, and service needs
Salary: $25-$30 per hour
Benefits: Health insurance is available through Blue Cross Blue Shield after 90 days with 50% of the employee premium paid, along with dental/vision options. A basic Aflac package is company-paid, and free $50,000 life insurance is provided after 90 days.
